After ordering, you will immediately receive the gift voucher by email. Feel free to use the gift code in our online shop or create something yourself to redeem in our store. The gift voucher is valid for three years from the calendar year in which it was purchased – giving the recipient plenty of time to choose the perfect gift.

The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, even partially. If the full value is not used, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher/account and can be used for future purchases. The voucher is transferable; anyone who has the voucher details can redeem it. In case of loss or theft of the voucher, there is no entitlement to a replacement or compensation.
